Congratulations! You're a mother!

This is the start of Post-Natal  care. This includes the time from right after your delivery until one week afterwards.

You will immediately be confronted with a lot of things: feeding your baby, caring for him/her, receiving visitors, Blues, physical discomforts, etc. This is all part of giving birth! At least you do not have to worry about going through it alone.

Step-by-step you can learn to deal with your new family situation. You will receive help and assistance from many fronts in your family, from maternity nurse, and later also the consultatiebureau.
